About Me

I'm Kieran Ekeledo and I'm from London, UK. I've been in the fitness industry since 2013 working as an assistant Boxing Coach and Treasurer at Swansea University. Since then I have worked as a Personal Trainer and Advisor with the some leading fitness brands in the UK, including David Lloyd Leisure, Premier Global NASM, NASM and Orange Theory Fitness.

I've been around the fitness industry and education all of my life as my Mum used to be a Personal Trainer and English Teacher in the UK and abroad. My grandma(Nanny aka Mama Joy) also qualified as a fitness instructor when she was in her 50s, she continues to inspire her friends and family as she goes to the gym 4-5 times a week.

My life mission is to inspire, motivate and empower athletes, coaches

and entrepreneurs to achieve their goals in life as they LEVEL UP boxing, branding and business. Fitness is just where we get started.

Too many dreams go unfulfilled due to fear, doubt and self sabotage: Not on my watch!

Too many dreams go unfulfilled due to fear, doubt and self sabotage: Not on my watch!

I love boxing, personal development, salsa, sushi and Pralines & Cream Haagen Dazs ice cream.

Prior to my career in personal training and online coaching, I used to be a student promoter and brand communicator for universities and clubs in the West-End & Mayfair. My passion for health and fitness reigns back to my early days.

I grew up in the gym as Mum was a fitness instructor and personal trainer since the 80s. In 2004, Mum came close to death when she suffered an aneurism, leaving her fully paralysed on her left side. Her fighting spirit did not leave mum either as she continues to be an inspiration to me, always pushing to help others and put a smile on people's faces.

I have written 2 books: Unlimited Income: How To Win The Game Of Life and 12 Boxing Principles of Success: Train Like a Fighter, Think Like a Champion.

Writing books is an interesting journey I would encourage everybody to go through at least once.

I have learnt from some amazing people over the years, including but not limited to: Floyd Mayweather Jr, Nigel Benn, Eric Thomas, Tony Robbins, Gerry Robert, Gerald 'GT The Great' Tucker Sr, Matt Fiddes, Rob Moore, Ed JC Smith, Sir Geoff Hurst and Bryan Robson .

This includes property developers, entrepreneurs, public speakers, boxers, football players and ex-Olympians from all over the world.

My first-hand research of life after sports, sales and marketing, sports psychology and change management developed over a decade of interviews, meetings and mentors has uniquely positioned me to serve athletes, coaches and entrepreneurs who wish to level up. I retired from competitive sports in 2014 after having success in judo, kickboxing and boxing. He came back in 2022 for an amateur bout which he won by unanimous decision.
