Think Like A Champion ( TLAC)

 The Motivate Me Workshop is an opportunity to apply the 12 key principles of success

with the 4 habits of self-mastery. Success begins in the mind, but it is different for each person.

This is why we will use this opportunity to review the

12 principles and 4 habits in more depth.

The 12 principles are faith, vision, teamwork, focus, hard work & dedication, discipline, the will to

win, resilience, confidence, respect, humility, and

legacy.

The 4 habits are affirmations, goal setting, visualisation, and physiology.



The affirmations for Motivate me workshop are as

THE MIND & BODY TRANSFORMATION

Your wellness score is a rating you give your-

self regarding how well you are doing in the

different components of well-being. You are

to rate yourself 1-10, 1- very bad, 5 - ok, 10- very

good

There are 8 dimensions of wellness. MIND so-

cial, occupational, intellectual BODY physical, finan-

cial, environmental SOUL emotional, spiritual

Break this down in a circle. Each slice in the

wellness wheel represents a dimension of wellness

This gives you an idea of how you’re doing

overall

PMA is an acronym for a Positive Mental Atti-

tude. A positive mental attitude is an ability to ap-

proach life with faith, love, and gratitude. There are

many ways in which we can bring ourselves into this

state. I find a song one of the most powerful tools

to bring you back into this headspace. Most profes-

sional fighters will have a ring walk song that pumps

them up before a fight.

Your PMA song is going to be your theme song

for life. Play this song at the beginning of the day to set your frequency to the right level.
